DHL has extended voluntary benefits communications to all 47,000 staff in its eight divisions.
Provider Personal Group began face-to-face meetings with employees in DHL’s supply chain division in December 2010. In March this year, DHL began to communicate the discounts across all divisions, using meetings, roadshows, emails and a helpline, plus a refresher presentation to HR managers by Personal Group.
David Whitfield, compensation and benefits manager, said: “We are giving our employees an extra bit of help in times when pay packets are shrinking and prices are going up.”
