The Department for International Development (DFID) London and Scotland has renewed its contract with Energy Fitness Professionals (EFP) for management of its fitness centres.
The renewal of the contract has been combined with a re-brand of the centres from Wellbeing Centre to Energise.
The re-branded centres were launched in conjunction with DFID’s Healthy Initiative Week, which raises awareness of employees’ health and wellbeing.
During the week, the Energise wellbeing centre teams gave away goody bags and performed free blood pressure checks.
A cycle challenge was also set up to encourage employees to travel the distance between both DFID sites in East Kilbride and London.
Rob Radford, managing director at EFP, said: “We are very pleased to have the opportunity to continue on with the contract we currently manage for DFID. This is one of our longest serving contracts in London and we look forward to achieving greater success in the future in our partnership with DFID.”
