EXCLUSIVE: Compupaye Bureau is offering staff a bonus for the successful completion of a real-time information (RTI) quiz during National Payroll Week, from 3-7 September.
The quiz is designed to get the payroll services firm’s staff up to speed on RTI reporting, which will be mandatory for UK employers from April 2013.
Maureen Gordon, managing director at Compupaye Bureau, said: “RTI is the biggest change seen in payroll since 1944, so it is important that all our staff are aware of the fundamental changes required to implement it.”
The bonus structure will be £50 for completing the quiz, a further £100 for achieving 70% or more, and another £50 for achieving 90% or more.
