Superdrug has appointed Paul Chadwick as interim senior reward and benefits manager.
He joins the retailer from Save the Children UK where he was reward and HR management information manager.
At Superdrug, Chadwick will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies and employee benefits programmes, as well as salary benchmarking, pay structures and role evaluation.
He previously worked at Superdrug as interim pensions project manager in 2013, where he supported the implementation of pensions auto-enrolment for 16,000 employees.
