Brooke-Adam-JPMorgan-2014

Eldercare support is a key issue for employers, said Adam Brooke, employee benefits and wellness manager at JP Morgan in an interview with Clare Bettelley, associate editor at Employee Benefits.

“We are heavily looking at that at the moment, whether that’s support in the home for days when there isn’t support available, but more widely, it comes back to mental health,” he added.

Around three years ago, JP Morgan introduced a comprehensive wellbeing programme called Wellness Works, which includes various support initiatives, such as webinars and on-site ’Meet the Experts’ events.

The wellbeing programme also includes private medical insurance for employees and their family, an employee assistance programme, and access to mortgage advisory websites and back-up childcare.
