Siemens has enhanced its employer value proposition (EVP) with a new campaign and total reward statements to ensure its 17,000 UK staff are aware of the benefits available.
Its ‘What’s in it for you’ campaign focuses on an interactive online feature, which has four categories: pay and benefits, great place to work, looking after you, and personal development.
‘Pay and benefits’ highlights everything that is offered to staff, including salary and bonus, pension and share plans. ‘Looking after you’ details health, safety and wellbeing programmes.
Siemens has also launched online total reward statements for all UK employees.
The campaign was launched after an employee engagement survey raised concerns that the firm was not offering a
competitive benefits package.
