As part of the process, it designed and delivered a series of employee engagement programmes in conjunctionwith Portus Consulting to ensure the changes to pensions and auto-erolment were clearly understood by all employees.
It also carried out interviews with each member of staff as part of a segmented employee engagement process.
The scheme will be offered to all Scan Coin UK’s staff at its Salford headquarters and its other UK offices.
John-Paul Yates, finance manager at Scan Coin UK, said: “[We] have professionally established a package of benefits for the three UK-based Scan Coin offices and [with the provider’s] approach [it] gave us the confidence the work was being dealt with efficiently and effectively.
“We are very happy with the way auto-enrolment has developed for us and the use of online technology has assisted the process enormously.”
