Mercer has appointed John Anderson head of its UK health and benefits business.†Anderson joins the consultancy from Axa PPP Healthcare, where he was most recently director of new business development.
During 20 years at Axa, Anderson held leadership roles for the SME (small and medium enterprises) markets, sales and marketing, and operations.
Anderson replaces Monica Santiago, who has been transferred to Mercer's operation in Portugal.
