In April 2016, industry experts gathered to take part in a roundtable debate to discuss how organisations can gain value from their employee benefits spend.
The debate, in association with Standard Life, was led by Employee Benefits editor Debbie Lovewell-Tuck. The participants were: Duncan Brown, head of HR consultancy at the Institute for Employment Studies; Debra Corey, group reward director at Reward Gateway; Charles Cotton, performance and reward adviser at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD); Richard Morgan, head of Vebnet; and Alan Ritchie, head of employer and trustee proposition at Standard Life.
Topics discussed during the roundtable debate ranged from effective use of management information to return on investment to the use of branding to engage millennials.
In the video above, participants identify their key takeaways from the debate.
