Heath Lambert Employee Benefits has a new service to help employers manage staff health.
The Wellness4Work programme is an integrated case management system that helps employers manage sickness absence and the return-to-work process. It acts as a conduit for information between the employer and benefits such as income protection, employee assistance programmes and private medical insurance.
The service includes an advice line staffed by medical professionals who will advise on the best course of action when managing employee injury, illness or return to work.
