Digiterre, a software and data engineering consultancy, today announced the appointment of Theresa Cantwell to an expanded role as Director of HR and Engagement Management. In addition, as part of the growth of the HR function, Helen Chilton has been appointed Senior Technical Recruiter.Software organisation Digiterre has appointed Theresa Cantwell as its director of HR and engagement management.

Theresa was previously Digiterre’s Director of HR and Talent Management before her role was expanded to Director of HR and Engagement Management. Prior to joining Digiterre, Theresa was Head of Recruitment, and subsequently Engagement Manager, at Equal Experts, Head of Recruitment at AKQA, and Recruitment Team Leader for Microsoft’s European operations.Helen Chilton has spent 10 years in recruitment, with the last five years focused on technology, having worked in-house at EDF Energy and in recruitment consulting. Prior to that, Helen was a financial futures broker for 15 years developing strong domain expertise in capital markets, trading and technology.
