BT is running a two-week campaign this month to highlight the importance of good mental health for staff.
The telecommunications company's initiative coincides with World Mental Health Day on 10 October, which will focus on the relationship between mental health and chronic physical illness.
BT will publish a series of articles in its in-house newspaper with expert comment, case studies and links to resources.
The campaign will also include expert content calls on particular topics that any employee can dial in to, with a question-and-answer session afterwards. Dr Catherine Kilfedder, group health adviser at BT, said: "We are doing one with our employee assistance consultant about mindfulness, and how people can use that as a psychological tool to improve their health and wellbeing."
Staff will also be able to post views and questions on BT's Your Views website, or share experiences of how they promote their own good mental health. Kilfedder said: "It is [using] a series of communication [channels] over two weeks to get key messages out."
