ACC Liverpool has appointed Medicash to provide employees with a health cash plan.
Staff at the venue, which is home to the BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena, will be able to access a range of benefits, including dental and optical care, worksite health screening, physiotherapy and alternative therapies such as reflexology.
ACC Liverpool which has played host to national conferences for organisations such as the Liberal Democrats and The NHS Confederation, has also been awarded Healthy Stadia status in recognition of its promotion of healthy living among staff and visitors to the venue.
Gerald Andrews, finance director at ACC Liverpool, said: “The demands on our staff to remain customer focused in such a high-pressured environment are very high.
“Providing them with support, such as the Medicash plan, is our way of recognising the high levels of commitment they bring to making sure the customer experience at ACC Liverpool is unparalleled.”
