Email alerts, used by 84% of respondents, are the most popular method among respondents that use targeted communications around flexible benefits, followed by leaflets and brochures (34%) and online benefits portals (22%).

Targeted communications enable employers to promote the most appropriate benefits for different demographic groups within their workforce.
