Just 20% of respondents to this year’s research said this was the main lesson to come out of their flexible benefits annual review meeting, compared with 29% in 2013 and 37% in 2012.
About one-third of respondents said they learnt that their plan includes a good range of benefits, which is the top lesson to come out of annual review meetings for the second consecutive year.
