The Mask of Soul kit involves employees wearing colourful cartoon-esque helmets to take on a new persona.
The idea has yet to receive commercial backing but prototype designs have been exhibited in art galleries.
Personally, I’m not sure how that would lower an individual’s stress levels, but I’m sure it would raise a few smiles among their colleagues.
