Angela Jones, Protection, Health and Wellbeing Senior Consultant at Johnson Fleming states that:
“Workplace stress is a predominant cause of absenteeism in the workplace. There are an increasing number of products and support services within the protection, health and wellbeing market, but it is essential to get the right solution for your business and your workforce.
“At Johnson Fleming we work with our clients to find the most effective benefits for their business. We understand implementing benefits is not a one size fits all exercise, we tailor schemes to meet clients’ needs to ensure their benefits work together effectively.”
