William Grant and Sons has made a number of appointments in its HR and reward teams.
The beverages manufacturer has appointed Laura Provan reward adviser. She previously held a range of roles at EDF Energy, including reward analyst, compensation and benefits assistant, training and development assistant, reward assistant and HR assistant.
William Grant has also appointed Ashley Bamford HR policy and projects manager. She was previously an employment law associate at Pinsent Masons.
It has also appointed Kellie Hick HR business partner for marketing and global travel retail (GTR). Her previous roles include senior HR consultant at BSkyB, HR business manager at Boutique 1, HR adviser at Lockheed Martin and assistant HR adviser at NATS.
Gary Brewer (pictured), global head of reward and organisational development, has also taken on the role of head of HR for marketing and GTR, as well as head of HR for the Asia region.
With more than 30 years’ industry experience, Brewer’s previous roles include interim reward projects manager at BSkyB, head of reward at Lloyds TSB/Scottish Widows, vice-president of HR at Aptuit, senior director of HR, information services and head of clinical services at Quintiles, and head of personnel and training at Livingston Development Corporation.
