International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges has launched a flexible benefits scheme for all its UK employees.
The scheme was launched to improve benefits administration, revitalise the firm's existing perks, and introduce new benefits.
Staff will be able to make changes to their pension contributions and select benefits such as critical illness cover, private medical insurance (PMI), dental insurance, holiday trading, childcare vouchers, bikes for work and charitable giving.
Tony Bash, finance director at the firm's London office, said: :It was important for us to recognise that things have moved on from the one-size-fits-all approach. We want to provide staff with an up-to-date, modern benefits package they can flex to meet their lifestyles."
The scheme consultancy was provided by Portus Consulting and the technology delivered by Staffcare.
