Watson Wyatt has appointed Jamie Winter as practice leader of UK healthcare and risk consulting.
Winter, who will lead a team of 35 associates based in London and Manchester, will take over from David Cross who has moved to a wider management role within Watson Wyatt's UK benefits practice.
Winter has more than 16 years' experience in the healthcare and risk consulting field, and has been a senior consultant at Watson Wyatt for the last five years.
David Cross, head of benefits general consulting at Watson Wyatt, said: "Jamie has played a major role in the development of Watson Wyatt's healthcare and risk consulting team over the last several years and it is therefore particularly pleasing for me that he has agreed to take over this leadership position."
