Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) has launched a voluntary benefits programme for its staff based in Milton Keynes.
The scheme will be available to over 450 employees, offering access to discounts from more than 100 leading brand and independent retailers.
The programme will be communicated to staff through a branded company website and via printed supplier directories.
Employees at the financial services company, which offers finance and insurance to car dealerships, will be able to take up a number of the discounts in store with their 'Employee Deals Card'.
Graham Wheeler, managing director at VWFS, believes the scheme will be received well by employees. "Our staff are important to us, and we are pleased to announce the launch of this programme which delivers genuine benefits and savings. It needed to offer high value and be implemented quickly - as well as offering our staff access to discounts at a wide range of leading brands and local retailers," he said.
The programme will be administered by benefits provider LogBuy.
