Vinci has promoted Gemma Concannon to the post of compensation and benefits manager, from her position as HR manager. Since joining the concessions and construction organisation more than three years ago, Concannon has also held the roles of assistant HR adviser and HR adviser.
Concannon said: "With my role, I am responsible for everything related to compensation and benefits. Going forward, I will be reviewing and improving the flexible benefits platform, which we recently introduced, and ensure it is adding value to the group as a whole."
