Universal Music will run a health awareness week in April to encourage employees to think about their health and to boost their understanding of the wellbeing benefits available at the music firm.

Health advisers and experts will offer guidance on a different health issue each day of the week to 1,000 staff based at the firm's two main offices in London. Topics such as stress, nutrition and healthy living will be covered during the week.

Sarah Hand, HR officer at Universal Music, said: "For the day on nutrition, two nutritionists will visit the offices, with one giving general advice to staff and the other offering one-on-one appointments."

The music firm will survey staff on which sessions they found most useful with a view to repeating these on a regular basis.
