The UK Department of Health has appointed Alan Croxford senior reward and employee relations manager.
He has spent the past two years as interim reward manager at the government department.
Croxford’s other roles in the industry include head of reward and employment relations at the Civil Aviation Authority, head office HR manager and HR strategy manager at Balfour Beatty Rail Maintenance, and personnel and administration manager at British Rail.
