Zurich Financial Services has appointed Jonathan Traynar head of HR services for the UK.
Pete Steer, who previously held the role – although it was known as HR payroll and benefits director – has been appointed HR transformation director. The new title for the job is part of Zurich’s overall global move to a new
HR model.
Traynar joined the firm in January 2010 as global lead for the service delivery model for HR services. He spent the previous 12 years as a senior consultant at Towers Perrin (now part of Towers Watson), focusing on benefits service delivery and helping employers look at benefits administration solutions.
