Towers Watson has launched a global benefits product designed for multinational employers.
The product, Global Access, aims to allow multinational employers to deliver local-country, pre-packaged benefits programmes, which include life assurance, accident, healthcare and disability cover.
These insurance products are available at three fixed benefit levels.
The product is available in 30 countries.
Chris Mayo (pictured), director, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), international consulting group at Towers Watson, said: “Multinational organisations often struggle with delivering quality employee benefits programmes due to insufficient local-country HR functions, and little or no availability of local benchmarking data on employee benefit packages.
“This is especially true in the EMEA region where there are numerous countries and where many multinationals have relatively low staff numbers, making it difficult for multinationals to justify having dedicated HR capabilities in each market.”
