Global professional services firm Towers Watson has established an employee benefits insurance agency in Japan, known as Towers Watson Insurance Advisors Japan.
The new agency forms part of an organisation-wide initiative to provide integrated global benefit services for multinational clients, and to meet the needs of major local organisations.
Towers Watson Insurance Advisors Japan’s services will include the design, implementation, financing and ongoing management of life, disability and other insurance-based employee benefits.
The agency will be led by Kuniaki Takemoto, practice leader of health and group benefits, Japan at Towers Watson.
