On the first day of the event, a panel of experts, including Deborah Hargreaves, director of the High Pay Centre, and Claire Morland, head of compensation at Man Group, debated the future of executive pay and bonuses.

Later that day, Irene Stark, HR director at ATS Euromaster, discussed how engagement can drive a business transformation.

After the success of 2012, the 2013 Summit will take place at the fantastic Asia Gardens Hotel & Spa in Alicante, Spain from 25-27 June 2013.

Facilitated by Employee Benefits magazine, the aim of the Summit is to give the industry a chance to explore the future of the benefits market and to facilitate business between key employers and providers.

The 50 delegates are hand picked for their seniority and business influence in the benefits arena. They are the most senior benefits decisions makers in the UK’s largest organisations. Attendance to the Summit is strictly by invitation.

This senior profile audience will be guided through a packed schedule of high level conference sessions and meetings. However, there will be plenty of time for relaxed networking at mealtimes and in the evenings.

Keynote, panel and plenary sessions will take place in the conference centre, while interactive workshops comprising small groups of delegates will take place in sponsors’ private breakout rooms.
