What does your organisation do to make a difference in employees’ lives?

Making a difference to employees’ lives with responsive benefits in all their guises must have, as its core model, front-line engagement with the end client: the employee. Understand what would deliver to their priorities and, of course, find a balance, because one size doesn’t fit all. ?

Manufacturing will have a completely different employee wish list from, say, a technology or professional services organisation. Talk to the target market; questionnaires and surveys work at one level, but in some cases are the antithesis of engagement. Listen to the feedback, and tailor the product to match.
