Clayton gets global call
Telecommunications operator Telefonica has promoted Tina Clayton to the role of director of global incentives and international assignments. The change is effective from last month.
The move came after Clayton went on international assignment for Telefonica, parent company of O2, supporting the operational function of global compensation and benefits in Madrid in 2008.
When the team was restructured last year, she took on responsibility for global long-term incentives, recently taking on international assignments too.
Before moving into Telefonica’s global reward function, Clayton was O2’s UK head of reward, and head of pensions and benefits.
