Tui Travel has promoted Tim Taylor to group head of reward.
He has been with the company since 2007 and was previously head of HR integration, and head of reward and recognition for the UK and Ireland.
Taylor was HR business partner at First Choice Holidays until it merged with Tui Travel in 2007.
