Something for the weekend…
Some 6,400 employees at Chinese pharmaceutical firm Tiens Group have been given a holiday to France for free.
While on the trip to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the organisation, the workers also broke a Guinness World Record for building the largest human sentence that could be viewed from the sky.
Staff were given a private tour of the Louvre museum in Paris and a private shopping session at luxury department store Galeries Lafayette during their four-day holiday.
Chief executive officer of Tiens Group, Li Jinyuan, booked 4,760 rooms in 79 hotels between Cannes and Monaco, and 146 tour buses, for his workforce. He also spent $15 million for the break.
Could this be the best employee benefit ever?
