Danone UK has appointed Lucy Thrussel as compensation and benefits director.
She will be working within its shared services team and will focus on aligning the reward of Danone’s dairy and water businesses.
Thrussel was previously reward manager at Comet, where Claire Williams, also a reward manager, will take on her role.
