The Pensions Trust has launched a website to assist employers and defined contribution (DC) pension scheme members to manage flexible retirement plans.
The website provides web-only administration for the flexible retirement plans, and interactive and informative tools for members, prospective members and employers.
It also includes information on the plan, the options available within it, as well as calculators and animations designed to project a member’s retirement income.
Logan Anderson, head of customer relations at The Pensions Trust, said: "The new DC website for the flexible retirement plan means that members and employers now have access to a much wider range of tools and services which will help them manage and understand their pension more effectively.†
"The plan currently has over 5,700 members and employers, and we expect this number to continue growing, especially with the recent introduction of the diversified ethical fund into the plan.”
