The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), has launched online total reward statements to coincide with the Wimbledon Championships.

The organisation, which is the governing body of British tennis, implemented the statements for its head office as and field-based staff in order for employees to fully understand the value of their benefits package. Staff can also use the online portal to access their voluntary benefits.

The statements are being launched in response to staff feedback and are provided by Thomsons Online Benefits.

Christine Johnson, HR manager at the LTA. said: "We have implemented total reward statements branded 'The Benefits Racket', so colleagues understand not only how all the elements of their individual remuneration package are made up, but also to give them one central place with all the benefits information they need. This is the first phase of an ongoing review of our reward strategy which is being developed to support colleague wellbeing and to reward high levels of performance."
