- Dame Carol Black's report on workplace health came out on 17 March. This workshop will consider the extent to which employers and Government have made progress in the drive to improve the health of the working population, and look at what Dame Carol's report means for employers.

Maximising healthcare benefits in flexible benefits schemes to promote and support health and wellbeing strategies
- Many employers offer healthcare benefits (PMI, cash plans, dental, critical illness etc) via flexible benefits schemes. However, it is crucial that employers structure selection options under flex for so that health benefits are maximized to promote health and wellbeing and ultimately increase productivity and reduce absence. NOTE: This workshop will look at whether employers are linking their health and wellbeing strategies with their wider benefits strategy and how flexible benefits can play a role in this.
