The IFS Proshare Annual Awards were presented in London on 2 December.

The awards recognise organisation’s commitment to delivering best practice, innovative design and creative communications for their employee share plans.

The winners were:

• SSL International for ‘Most effective communication of an employee share plan’ for an organisation with up to 1,000 employees

• CPP Group for ‘Most effective communication of an employee share plan’ for an organisations with 1,001 to 15,000 employees

• FirstGroup for ‘Most effective communication of an employee share plan’ for an organisation with up to 15,000 employees

• Hammerson for ‘Best commitment to employee share ownership’ for small organisations† with fewer than 250 employees

• Lloyds Banking Group for ‘Best employee share plan outcome following a corporate transaction’

• Marks and Spencer for ‘Most effective use of technology’

• Henderson Global Investors for’ Best overall performance in fostering employee share ownership’ for an organisation with up to 1,000 employees

• National Grid for ‘Best overall performance in fostering employee share ownership’ for an organisation with 1,001 to 15,000 employees

• Tesco for ‘Best overall performance in fostering employee share ownership’ for an organisation with more than 15,000 employees
