TD Waterhouse international is to extend its health and wellbeing programme to 170 staff based in its Birmingham office.
The stockbroker acquired these staff last October when it bought outsourced clearing and settlement services provider OMX Securities, which has now been rebranded as TD Corporate Services.
From June, Birmingham-based staff will be able to take part in the firm's wellbeing programme of events, beginning with health MOTs provided by Pharma Karma, blood donation and diabetes awareness.
In July, branded 'Pamper yourself' month, staff will be offered manicures or pedicures, and healthy heart assessments provided by Heart Research UK. September's theme of 'Rest and relaxation' will see foot or hand reflexology on offer, and 'Female cancer awareness' month in October, when staff can also take advantage of flu vaccinations by Flufighters, and chair massages provided by Sense Massage Therapy.
Most of the initiatives will be company-funded, but some, such as chair massages and health MOTs, will carry a £5 charge.
