TD Waterhouse has bolstered its flexible benefits programme by adding five extra benefits in order to improve employee wellbeing, offer financial protection and maximise tax efficiency.†

After the annual review of its flex programme, devised by Aon Consulting, the discount brokerage group has introduced a range of benefits that include long term disability, life assurance, tax free car parking, holiday trading. A pre-paid retail card has also been introduced to replace paper retail vouchers, allowing the firm's 500 employees to save between 4.5% and 15% on the cost of shopping from a range of retailers.
