According to Croner Reward's Management rewards survey 2006, managers in central London are the highest paid, receiving an average salary of £36,210, which is 15.7% above the national average. This group earns almost 28% more than those in the lowest-paid managerial positions, who are based in the south west of England and receive an average salary of £27,500. The highest-paid industry sector is computing, where managers can expect to receive an average pay packet of £36,210.
