Stormchild Ventures has launched a flexible benefits product called i-Flex.
The scheme is designed for organisations on a smaller budget such as small- and medium-enterprises (SMEs). It offers access to core benefits including salary sacrifice for computers, cars and bikes for work, as well as healthcare and childcare vouchers.
The i-Flex scheme can be fully integrated into Stormchild Ventures’ existing I.C.E (Inspire, Communicate, Engage) benefits and loyalty platform, as well as the participating employer’s internal communications, telephone helpdesk and monthly management reports.
Lisa Gregory, chief executive officer of Stormchild Ventures, said: “Flexible benefits form an important part of any complete employee benefits scheme.
“However, from our experience and client feedback we know flex schemes can be very administration heavy, complicated and expensive to run. We therefore wanted to develop a scheme that resolves these issues, and i-Flex does just that because we, and the suppliers, handle the administration and costs of the scheme.
“As with our existing platform, it was essential the new i-Flex scheme could form part of employers’ existing internal communications so employees are always aware of the benefits available to them and the value of these.”
