Steinway and Sons selects pension scheme trustee

Steinway and Sons has appointed Pitmans Trustees as the independent trustee to its pension scheme.

The appointment marks the first time the piano maker has used an independent trustee.

Philip Stowell, financial controller of Steinway and Sons UK, said: “Pitmans Trustees brings a fantastic dynamic to our pension scheme.
