Sodexo has launched an online voluntary benefits product for employers to offer to staff.
TheBene£itsWebsite provides benefits and services in categories such as car, health, home, money, travel, shopping, lifestyle and legal matters. Some of the brands and retailers offered through the scheme include Halfords, Vision Express, APH, Fitness First, The Alton Towers Resort, Will Drafters, AA, Go Ape and Cottages4you.
Employers can also integrate any existing core and flexible benefits into the scheme. The system can be set up within seven days and branded with the company's logo.
Sodexo provides all supporting material required by employers, such as an overview document, which can be emailed to staff to introduce the scheme, and posters that can be placed around the workplace.
Employees will also be kept up to date on the latest offers and seasonal benefits via an email newsletter.
Kevin Harrington, director at Sodexo, said: "During these tough economic times, many companies are looking to make various savings such as pay freezes and cuts, all of which can seriously damage motivation and morale in the workplace. Introducing a voluntary benefits scheme, such as TheBene£itsWebsite will help increase motivation levels at this testing time.
"This particular scheme allows employers to offer staff a wide range of lifestyle benefits without having to source them themselves or worry about administration issues."
