Staff motivation is an important issue for employers that want to get the best out of their employees, but all-inclusive holiday firm First Choice should have no trouble finding a successful candidate for its slide-tester role.

The six-month summer position calls for the tester to travel to the organisation’s SplashWorld resorts in warmer climates, including Egypt, Majorca and Turkey to test the water flumes, slides and pools.

The salary is £20,000 per annum (pro rata) and all overseas travel expenses will be covered. As an added bonus at the end of the contract, the tester will be given a seven-night holiday for two at any First Choice all-inclusive resort.

That kind of employee benefit may just turn some heads in the UK, especially during this cold snap.
