Shire Pharmaceuticals has promoted Jane Fenwick to interim head of global benefits.
She previously held the role of associate director, total rewards at the pharmaceutical organisation.
Before that, Fenwick’s roles included international reward manager at Marks and Spencer, reward manager for Europe, Asia and the US at Cable and Wireless, compensation consultant at GlaxoSmithKline and HR adviser, compensation and benefits at BHS.
