Sean Young promoted at Johnson and Johnson

Johnson and Johnson has promoted Sean Young to director total rewards India, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysi.

Young joined the company in 2008 as total rewards director for EMEA emerging markets.

Other previous roles during his 13-year career include rewards leader Europe, Middle East and India at Honeywell Aerospace; EMEA compensation and benefits leader at Tellabs; Europe, Eurasia and Middle East (EEME) reward manager at Coca-Cola; and reward manager at GlaxoSmithKline.
