Schneider Electric has included a range of new benefits for the second year of its flexible benefits scheme to boost its appeal and add a health and wellbeing element.

The new perks comprise a Denplan dental plan, a healthcare cash plan, salary sacrifice mobile phones, and the option to buy and sell up to three days holiday.
