The Co-operative Group has appointed Seth Russell group head of reward.
Russell has extensive experience in reward and benefits roles, including director of reward at Three UK, global reward manager at BP International, interim head of reward UK and Ireland at Dixons Carphone, and interim head of incentives at Sky.
