The RH Group has appointed Aon Consulting to provide consultancy services as part of efforts to attract and retain employees with an appealing benefits package.
Aon will be assisting the road freight network to design a bespoke benefits package and provide consultancy services for it employee benefits arrangements, including its defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension schemes and life insurance benefits.
Steve Rafferty, financial director at The RH Group, said: “Success in the freight industry is very much dependant upon recruiting and retaining a high calibre of staff.
