PSA Peugeot Citröen (PSA) has launched an online benefits portal for its 3,500 UK employees.
The platform, Pretium, which is Latin for reward, includes the strapline ‘Discover your benefits’. It provides a central hub for the information about the benefits on offer.
The portal and its communications were developed with Shilling Communication.
Stephanie Palmer, reward manager at PSA in the UK, said: “The brief to Shilling was to create a unique identity for our benefits communications and a portal where our employees can access information in a single place, which needed to be easy for us to maintain.
“A heightened level of employee engagement was a key goal for us in undertaking this project and, so far, the results have been extremely encouraging.”
